Not too terribly hot, and not raining like a waterfall.

Work was OK, nothing special. After work I Skyped the FWiB, and he came along as i went to the drugstore to pick up my meds and some toothpaste.

No Carvel, mashfanficchick was too tired to go out.

I ordered the next Ben Aaronovitch graphic novel, Water Weed, which should be here by the 31st. I've just started reading the Jim Butcher nnovel The Aeronaut's Windlass, the first in the Cinder Spire books.

And I've just had the light bulb in one of the hall lights die. Going to have to get Oldest Brother in here to spot me while I change it.

Sadness for the day, Rutgar Hauer died. This makes me very sad, partly because I liked him as an actor, partly because the ex husband also liked him very much and before things went bad we spent lots of pleasant time watching his movies. It feels like a stake in the corpse of the marriage in a way.
