So, the bad news

I had the teleconference with the rehab. And the bad news is that they aren't giving him any more occupational or physical therapy because they feel he's maximized his potential. This is bad news. I haven't really processed it yet. The place there does do long term care, though, so it seems he'll be there for the foreseeable future unless we transfer him somewhere else.

Aside from that, the day went OK. The FWiB is having computer issues, he ended up Skyping me on his iPad rather than his computer.

I finished reading The Thursday murder Club, a very lovely ending. And there's a sequel to come!

Had my Al-anon meeting by Zoom. That went well.

I put in a Shipt order early in the day. For some reason the first delivery slot wasn't until 8-9 PM. And eventually it didn' get her till after 9. However, I got my new digital picture frame. I'm not totally happy with it, but it's pretty good. I'm watching it now.

I spoke to the Kid twice. She has convinced me that going out to Middle Brother's for his birthday isn't a good idea. She said we should have them give him a party there, and join by Zoom. I guess I'll have to talk to them at the group home about it.

So it's mostly been not a great day, though I am happy with the picture frame mostly, the book was nice, and the meetings are always good.
