Day 36: I'm tired

I'm so tired, not physically, but emotionally tired by everything that's been going on. The virus, and Oldest Brother being sick with it, and worrying about that, and worrying about Middle Brother being on lockdown, and worrying about the Kid, and worrying abut Sybil, and then dealing with that, and work things, I'm just so tired by it all, I want this to be over.

Had a YA meeting today, and people were talking about what they've been doing, tomorrow I'm going to have to bite the bullet and start e-mailing school principals to see if I can get some class type work down. I am not sanguine about my chances, I couldn't get responses when things were normal, I won't get any now, but I have to try.

Anyway, today I didn't do much aside from that meeting. I Skyped the FWiB, of course. And I got a call from [personal profile] mashfanficchick which was nice. I spoke twice to the Kid, and I watched the Thurber reading. The mask that she sent me that one of her friends made arrived today, so now I can wear that instead of wrapping a scarf around my face when I go out. It's pretty.

It's so weird without Sybil. I miss her so much. I wish Oreo was a more cuddly cat. He doesn't like being held or cuddled. He sits next to me but never on me.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Oldest Brother continues to improve.

3. The Kid.

4. Everyone has been so kind about Sybil.

5. Oreo.

6. This has to end some day.
