Day 28: Easter

Woke up with the Kid calling me, so we talked a bit and then I went back to sleep.

It was an unusual day because I hardly heard from the FWiB. We Skyped for an hour abut aside from that I barely heard anything... til he figured out his new computer was routing my e-mails to his spam folder. Then everything was OK.

Oldest Brother sounds noticeably better. John and Denise brought him Easter dinner, and Denise called me after and said he looks much better too, and not so weak. So that is a big relief.

I called Middle Brother, he is fine.

I listened to the Thurber reading, but the FWiB called me around the middle. Not that I mind hearing from him. That's when he told me my e-mail was going to his spam folder. So that should be fixed now.

Called the Kid again, and we talked for awhile.

I finished reading The Golden Cat, the sequel to The Wild Road. It was pretty good. Next I've downloaded an Anne Perry mystery to my Nook, so I'll start that tonight.

And that was my Easter. Not very holiday-like I fear.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Oldest brother better.

3. Middle Brother good.

4. The Kid.

5. John and Denise.

6. Ice cream for dessert.

Edited to add: Forgot to say I also got a phone call from S, from Tuesday night, and texts from the Friday night group, so that was nice.
