Got up this morning, got texts from someone in my Friday group. Then ate breakfast and coffeed in time for my first meeting of the day, the Manhattan boro one (though it was open to all YA workers). That went well, and ran longer than expected.
Then I caught up on my on-line reading, and then Skyped the FWiB. We talked for about an hour, the Skype didn't give us any trouble today, go figure. Got texts from another person in my Friday group.
Then had the YA Afternoon tea, which was also fun, and surprisingly amusing.
Then the Kid called, and we had a nice talk, not too long, she's doing much better. After she hung up, I got a call from M from my Tuesday meeting, and that was nice too.
Then went and read for awhile, until it was time for L and I to Skype our Friday group meeting. So that was good, a step meeting on the fourth step, and it lead me to think this is a good time to do my fourth step inventory, while I'm at home like this.
After the meeting, I tuned in to the Keith Olbermann Thurber reading. On the naming of Dogs, and The Figgerin' of Aunt Wilma (I may have the names wrong).
And then I called Middle Brother and we talked a bit. He seems to be doing well.
Finally I had dinner, and then went to read again.
Also today, my Girl Scout cookies came! And a new "save the date" for the rescheduled wedding for Matt and Julie. Also I recorded a message for them and e-mailed it to someone in her wedding party who is compiling the videos for them.
So you see I had quite a busy day.
