Then we went to jackson heights to the Pride March. Met up with Larry and the group we march with, and paraded. It was lovely. I didn't even see any counter-demonstrators.
After the march there's the small festival, which we walked through. Got a pina colada, and a shish kebob, and a mozarepa. Then got lemonade.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was there and I waited in line to see her. Didn't get a chance to talk, she had to leave for a meeting, but she did a photo with everyone who was on line there! So I have two pictures of the two of us together!
After that we called
They brought me home and I puttered on-line and on my phone, and finally go to Skype with the FWiB. He is not well, seems to be coming down with a cold and his cough is awful. We only spoke for awhile.
Watched another episode of Good Omens. It's really good.
After that I downloaded the picture on AOC and me that I had posted on facebook and tried to print it. Had a lot of trouble, wasted a lot of iink but finally got it. Don't know what the probllem was. Maybe the file was too big?
Anyway, that was the day. A very good day all told.
