Turtle to the vet

For her one month (which turned into almost two months, I am ashamed to say) checkup.

But first I went to work, which was pretty normal. Had my postponed one-on-one with the boss today. Nothing to report.

Called and made the appointment at the vets, also called and rescheduled my next psychiatrist appointment because he called last night and left a message that he had to break it.

I also texted John to ask him about the contractor, he said he hadnt heard anything and he'd let me know when he did.

After work I Skyped the FWiB. We talked until I got home, then I packed the turtle in her box and waited until [personal profile] mashfanficchick and her mother picked us up and we went to the vet. As I said, all is well, and they want to see her in six months.

Then we returned the turtle, and went too [personal profile] mashfanficchick's apartment and tried to watch Moonlight, which is an old series that the star of the new Hawaii 5-O was in. But her internet was acting up badly so we couldn't see it. Had gluten-free pizza, quite good, and eventually I took a Lyft home.

Just signed up for the free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime video so I can watch Good Omens. The Kid called me and said it was on today rather than tomorrow like it had been scheduled. I am looking forward to it!

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. Friends.

3. Healthy turtle.

4. The Kid.

5. Bed soon.

6. Lyft.
