Previous to that though, I met our new children's person, she seems nice.
I called the FWiB, and there is some exciting news from him, a spot has opened up in the assisted living place, and they want to know if he wants it. So he may, if all goes well, be getting out of the nursing home fairly soon. Keep your fingers crossed, everyone!
Called Denise about getting a ride home from Vermont, she said tentatively yes but she has to ask John and Brianne. So Keep your fingers crossed on that, too.
To celebrate everything I actually had a drink after dinner, a glass of Drambuie. I feel slightly buzzed.
And that's about all.
1. The FWiB may be getting out of the nursing home.
2. I don't have to work tomorrow.
3. Got home safe.
4. Good co-workers.
5. Warm apartment.
6. Bed soon.
