Can't get through to Oldest Brother

I've been calling since 11:30. It rings and then goes to voicemail. This has happened before, but not for so long. I shouldn't be worried, cause I know he was fine at 9:30 when I texted him to say I'd be late calling, but I worry anyway.

In the meantime, my day has been busy. The kids are back in school so that means they are back at work after school. There were a couple of oddish incidents at work not related to the kids, too. One from a mother who thought we would somehow provide transportation from the school to us for her child. A man who uses our computers once a year... I actually remember him from before... to apply for a hunting permit at a reserve. his hands shake so much he can't use a mouse. And he's going to hold a gun to hunt? Oh well... A couple who brought in donations that we don't take and wanted to drop them off. So much fun, all of it.

I did the teen lounge program, and got a good number of kids. While I was doing it I got a phone call from Lu Rice, who wanted to get The Kid's address so we could all be invited to an anniversary party. So I have to text her back with that. Very nice to be remembered.

After work i called the FWiB and we talked as I made my way to my psychiatrist. We had a nice talk and then I had my appointment with the dr.

Came home and got picked up by [personal profile] mashfanficchick and her mother and we went to Carvel and then Buffalo Wild Wings.

And I started trying to call Oldest Brother and have still gotten nowhere.

Gratitude List:

1. Day was quieter than I feared.

2. Carvel.

3. Air conditioning.

4. Probably nothing's wrong.

5. Made a contact with the coordinator of the after school program at the local school.

6. Boss is back tomorrow.
