Slept late

Later than I should have, considering I have to get up tomorrow. There was some unbelievably loud work going on in the basement of the building here this morning, but it was only in the early part of the morning and I went back to sleep after it was done, and that's part of why I slept so late.

Anyway, after I got up I had breakfast, and puttered on-line and e-mailed the FWiB. Ad the I went and showered and dressed and went and collected my laundry. Then I was going to watch the latest episode of The X-files, but I discovered there apparently wasn't an episode last Wednesday, so I'm up to date. So instead I watched the second episode of the past season of Sherlock. It's getting pretty dark.

Then after Sherlock I Skyped with the FWiB for awhile until I had to leave for my meeting. I went in through Fllushing and got a shish kebob from the cart there, because I knew there was a chance that I'd be having dinner later with [personal profile] mashfanficchick and her mother so I didn't want to get my usual dinner of lamb over rice.

My meeting was good, and we even had a new person show up. I hope she comes back.

After the meeting, sure enough, I got texts from [personal profile] mashfanficchick and we met up and went to Uno for dinner.

And now bed. Back to work tomorrow,

Gratitude List:

2. New person.

3. The FWiB.

4. Friends.

5. Beautiful day.

6. Clean laundry.
